(Bismarck, ND) -- Bismarck Police say a man is facing charges after he allegedly shook and seriously injured a baby.
Police say 22-year-old Jaydenle Bushard is charged with aggravated assault with permanent loss or impairment after the unresponsive one-month-old was found in his care Friday.
Bushard is being held at the Burleigh Morton County Detention Center. The condition of the baby hasn't been released.
