U.S. House Member says she is "done" with Speaker, announces intent to oust leader

(Washington, DC)  --  Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene is trying to push GOP House Speaker Mike Johnson from power.  

The Georgia Republican on Friday filed a motion to vacate Johnson from the speakership over his support for the trillion-dollar government spending bill. Greene and a group of conservatives are opposed to the bill due to a lack of spending cuts.  

Greene is accusing Johnson of giving too much to Democrats during negotiations.
