The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ) was notified today of a motor oil release from a truck operated by ZMIX. The spill occurred Friday, July 17, approximately 10 miles northwest of Tioga, due to a vehicle accident.
Initial estimates indicate 25 gallons of motor oil were released and impacted a wetland area.
Personnel from the NDDEQ will be on-site to monitor the investigation and remediation.
