(Fargo, ND) -- The North Dakota State women's basketball team earned the programs first Women's National Invite Tournament (WNIT) game in program history on Monday night.
North Dakota State defeated Montana 72-63 in the second round of the WNIT. Abbie Draper led the Bison with 18 points and seven rebounds. Elle Evans added 17 points and four rebounds, while Abby Schulte chipped in 12 points, five rebounds, and five assists.
NDSU will take on the winner of Minnesota vs Pacific in the NIT’s Round of Super 16.
