(Bismarck, ND) -- A Bismarck hospital believes a peak has been reached in the latest COVID-19 surge.
Sanford Health Bismarck incoming President and CEO Todd Schaffer said yesterday that modeling shows the hospital's peak will last for another week to ten days before patient numbers drop. He says only five- to six-percent of all admissions at the Bismarck facility are COVID-19 cases.
State leaders say hospital capacity was reaching critical levels last week in North Dakota.
