(Fargo, ND) -- North Dakota republican congressional candidate Rick Becker says a priority if elected would be reducing the size of the federal government, including de-funding the FBI and the DOJ.

"I'd slash government, Vivek Ramaswamy looking at decreasing by 75 percent our federal employees. Something like that would be substantial. I'd like to get rid of the Department of Education, The Federal Reserve, the EPA," said Becker.

Becker also says he would support getting rid of several other federal agencies including the ATF, SBA and the IRS.

He made the comments this morning during a candidate's debate which aired on AM 1100 The Flag.
