(NEW TOWN) – A man has fallen overboard into the water at the Van Hook Resort in New Town, according to a post on the resort’s Facebook page Monday afternoon.

“WE HAVE A MAN OVERBOARD SITUATION. If you are on the water, please be on the lookout and help if you can,” a post read on Monday just before 4 p.m. The resort said the North Dakota Game and Fish along with the New Town Fire Department were on the scene, along with a handful of private boaters, looking for a man who is approximately 70 years old, wearing a yellow shirt.

As of Monday evening, officials have not been able to locate the man, but say there is a lot of shoreline to cover.
