Wild drop season finale to Kraken

(St. Paul, MN) -- The Minnesota Wild wrapped up a disappointing 2023-24 season with a 4-3 loss to the Seattle Kraken at the Xcel Energy Center.

The game was tied at two before Tye Kartye scored to put Seattle up for good with under three minutes left in regulation. Kirill Kaprizov, Mats Zuccarello, and Brock Faber all scored in the losing effort. Marc-Andre Fleury saved 23 of the 26 shots he faced between the pipes.

The Wild ended their season in sixth place in the Central Division with 87 points and a 39-33-10 record.
