(Eagan, MN) -- The Minnesota Vikings are bringing in some more players on the second level of their defense.
The team signed linebackers Jihad Ward and Kamu Grugier-Hill to contracts yesterday. Ward spent the last two seasons with the Giants. He started in nine of his 16 appearances last year, tallying 24 tackles and five sacks. Grugier-Hill had 56 tackles, a sack, and an interception in 17 games with Carolina.
