(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Twins are on the brink of elimination following a 9-1 loss to the Houston Astros in Game Three of the American League Divisional Series at Target Field.
The Twins surrendered four runs in the top of the first thanks to a Jose Abreu three-run blast. The Twins didn't score until Willi Castro's RBI single in the bottom of the sixth made it 6-1. Minnesota went one-for-nine with runners in scoring position. Sonny Gray was charged with the loss after giving up four earned runs and one unearned run in four innings. The Twins now trail in the best-of-five-series 2-1.
