(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Twins gave up six unanswered runs to end a 9-3 loss to the Boston Red Sox at Target Field.
Minnesota trailed 3-0 before Christian Vazquez hit a game-tying three-run shot in the bottom of the fifth, but Boston added three more runs in the next half-inning to go up for good. Pablo Lopez was charged with his fourth loss after allowing four earned runs and one unearned run in 5 2/3 innings.

The Twins are still in first place in the AL Central at 36-37. Bailey Ober starts for Minnesota against the Red Sox tonight.
