(Minot, ND) -- It looks like the Anne Street Bridge in Minot will not be demolished. The pedestrian bridge has been closed for almost three years. The Minot City Council voted 4-to-3 earlier this week to keep the project included in the five-year Capital Improvement Plan. It will cost about two-point-six-million-dollars to reconstruct the bridge with the city responsible for about a million dollars of that.
