(Bismarck, ND)  --  A Grand Forks legislator is scheduled in court later this month after her arrest for DUI.

Representative Claire Cory was driving in Grand Forks around 1:00 Tuesday morning when she was stopped by police.

A breath test indicated her blood alcohol content of zero-point-one-six was twice the legal limit.

Cory is looking to change from the House to the Senate and is running in the Republican primary for the chance to win the District 42 Senate seat in November.
