(Beaver Bay, ND) -- Authorities have identified the body found at Lake Oahe in Emmons County last weekend as 41-year-old Matthew Mittelstadt.
Authorities say Mittelstadt had gone missing from Bismarck last November, and his vehicle was found abandoned near the Missouri River, which flows into Lake Oahe.
Police say foul play isn't suspected. Surveillance video shows Mittelstadt walking toward a bridge in the area and never returning.
