Education startup supplying VR headsets to North Dakota schools

(Bismarck, ND) --  An education-tech startup has announced it will donate virtual reality headsets to all public and private secondary schools in the state.

CareerViewXR will start distributing the headsets when career counselors meet for an annual conference in Bismarck later this month.

Company officials say they want to make immersible learning accessible to students across the state.

The North Dakota Legislature authorized the purchase last session of the program software to be used by the State Career and Technical Education Department.
