Winter weather and wind to impact all of North Dakota

(Fargo, ND) -- Nearly all of North Dakota is under either a winter weather advisory or wind advisory as a storm system blows across the state.  

Winds gusting to 50 miles per hour are forecast in southeastern counties overnight and tomorrow with one to three inches of snow.  

That will cause blowing snow and low visibility.  

The Bismarck area can expect a wintry mix today and patchy blowing snow.  

Snow and blowing snow are forecast in Williston making for hazardous driving conditions.
