Bismarck Police arrest suspect after gunfire reported near crash

(Bismarck, ND) -- Bismarck police arrested a man who shot at another man on Monday.

Police were called to Park Avenue at around 12:30 p.m., where a man had crashed his car into a parked vehicle. Officers learned the driver was trying to jump-start his car when 34-year-old Adrian Bustillos approached him, and they got into an argument. The man told police that Bustillos pulled out a gun and fired it at him, but wasn't hit in the shooting. The unnamed driver ended up crashing his car while fleeing the scene.

Bustillos was arrested on charges of attempted murder and terrorizing.
