(Bismarck, ND) -- The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services is improving access to applications for services.
The department announced Monday that it is starting a new customer service experience.
Officials say team members from local human service zones across the state will work together to serve North Dakotans more quickly. The work will be shared in 19 zones.
A new Customer Support Center will provide people with answers to questions, reports of changes, and help with applying through a single toll-free number.
