(Bismarck, ND) -- The City of Bismarck has released the first draft of the city's 2045 Comprehensive Plan.
The Community Development Department is calling it "Together 2045," and it's divided into five sections: shape, inhabit, thrive, growth, and connection. The plan is aimed at anticipating changes to the economy, technology, the environment, and society.
Bismarck is expected to add another 25-thousand residents in the next 25 years. The draft also lays out new compact neighborhoods, additional downtown accessibility, and more access to the Missouri River.
