City of Bismarck Borrows 26-Million from Bank of North Dakota

(Bismarck, ND) -- The City of Bismarck is borrowing 26-million dollars from the Bank of North Dakota.  

The city commission voted unanimously Tuesday to take out the loan. The funds will be used for improvements to the Bismarck Public Works buildings.  

Solid waste and utility fees will cover the annual payment of about one-point-five million dollars.
