North Dakota First Responders Louisiana-Bound To Help With Post-Ida Recovery Efforts

(Bismarck, ND) -- More North Dakota first responders are en route to Louisiana to assist with Hurricane Ida recovery efforts.  

Saturday, four firefighters from Dickinson, four firefighters from the Williston Fire Department, one from the Williston Rural Fire Department, and one City of Williston public works employee left for Baton Rouge. The group reportedly follows a total of six firefighters from Williston and Bismarck who left on Wednesday.  

All are expected to return to their respective department by the end of the month.
