(Palo Alto, CA) -- More than 200-million Twitter users' emails were hacked and posted online, according to a security researcher.

The Israeli cybersecurity-monitoring firm Hudson Rock's co-founder said on Wednesday that the emails were posted on an online hacking forum.

Alon Gal said the breach "will lead to a lot of hacking, targeted phishing, and doxxing."

Twitter hasn't commented on the report, which Gal first mentioned in a social media post on December 24th.
