(Berlin) -- Twitter is the target of a lawsuit in Germany over antisemitic posts and Holocaust denial.

A group of Jewish students and an anti-hate speech organization filed suit in Berlin on Wednesday to force the social media platform to block or remove antisemitic posts.

Bloomberg reports the suit details six examples of antisemitic comments that were posted in the past three months, since October when Elon Musk bought Twitter for 44-billion dollars.

One of the posts denied the existence of the Nazi Holocaust that killed at least six-million Jews in the 1930s and '40s.

Holocaust denial has been prosecuted as sedition under German law.
