WSJ Poll: Majority believe Mar-A-Lago raid was justified

(New York, NY) -- A new poll shows a majority of registered voters think the FBI search of former President Donald Trump's Florida home was justified.

The Wall Street Journal poll shows opinions about the FBI raid at Mar-a-Lago were divided along party lines.

Fifty-two-percent of those polled agreed with the statement that the FBI search "was part of a legal and proper investigation to determine whether former President Trump was involved in any wrongdoing."

Four out of five Republicans, however, agreed that the raid was part of a "witch hunt" by Democrats and the Biden administration.
