(Washington, DC) -- Home prices are posting big gains for the past year.
The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller index shows an 18-point-eight percent annual gain in home prices for 2021. Figures released for December show home prices continue to surge nationwide.
Phoenix topped the list with a 32-percent annual increase. Tampa and Miami round out the top three on the index's 20-city composite list.
