Ford Issues Three Recalls On Trucks, SUVs

(Dearborn, MI) -- Three separate recalls are being issued by Ford Motor Company affecting over 800-thousand trucks and SUVs.

The automaker says over 676-thousand 2013 to 2017 Ford Explorer models may have a suspension issue involving a ball joint that could affect the handling.

Nearly 35-thousand 2020 and 2021 Ford F-350 Super Duty pickups equipped with the six-point-seven liter engine and single rear axle may have a problem with the rear-axle housing.

Ford also is recalling over 36-thousand Lincoln Aviator models with three-liter six-cylinder engines to repair a possible problem with battery cable wire harness.

Owners of the affected vehicles will be notified and given directions on how to get the repairs made.
