Triple-A: Refinery maintenance reason for higher North Dakota gas prices

(Bismarck, ND)  --  It appears a maintenance issue at two Midwest refineries is responsible for the price spike at the gas pump in North Dakota.  

Triple-A says the issue is a regional one likely caused by maintenance at refineries in Oklahoma and Minnesota.  

Officials say reports of the refineries undergoing maintenance caused wholesale prices to rise which means retail prices rose.
