The mitigation survey for the Morton County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan Update is still available. County residents are encouraged to participate. The information will be used to help the county plan for response to natural hazards and man-made threats such as COVID-19, or severe summer or winter weather.
The mitigation plan is updated every five years and is necessary to apply for grant funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
The survey is available at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Morton-County-Mitigation-Survey. The survey is also available on the Morton County and the city of Mandan websites.
