A big name has been booked for next month's Great Plains Energy Conference, EmpowerND.
Among the guests for the day-long conference is US EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler.
In February, the US Senate confirmed Wheeler as the 15th administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
Wheeler will lead a discussion on the EPA's priorities regarding energy policy, balancing responsible environmental protection and economic opportunity.
The conference begins just after 8 a.m. at Bismarck State College, and Wheeler will speak at approximately 9:50 a.m.
