Cooler week after a warm weekend. Mother's Day outlook

After a very warm weekend, mother nature has to remind us it is STILL May!  Much cooler weather this week as our upper level winds flow in from Canada.  Normal highs are in the 60s but this week we will be stuck in the 50s most of the week but by weeks end we should warm up into the low 60s.  Only a few chances for showers.  One shot of light showers comes into the area on Wednesday then another chance over Mother's Day weekend.  Right now, Mother's Day weekend doesn't look like a washout so if you have any outdoor plans with Mom, you may be able to get them in, albeit it cooler than normal.   It looks like the cooler than normal weather sticks around through mid month before 70s return.
