Fargo Force goalie Hampton Slukynsky has been named the USHL’s Goaltender of the Week for the third time this season.
In two victories this past weekend he saved 64 shots, while only allowing one goal.On Saturday night he saved all 31 shots he faced in a 5-0 win over Lincoln. The shutout was his league leading fifth of the season. Slukynsky is 23-2-0-0 on the season, leading the league in wins (23), goals against average (1.75), save percentage (.923), and shutouts (5).
Slukynsky and the Force will visit Tri-City for a three-game weekend series beginning on Friday night at 7:05 p.m.
