Wild take down Kraken in Seattle

(Seattle, WA) -- The Wild scored three goals in the second period of their 5-2 win over the Seattle Kraken at Climate Pledge Arena on Saturday.

The Wild gave up a goal in the first minute of regulation before scoring the game's next five goals to take control of the contest. Kirill Kaprizov scored twice in the victory, while Marcus Johansson, Matt Boldy, and Dakota Mermis also lit the lamp. Minnesota is tied for fifth place in the Central Division with 62 points and a 28-24-6 record.

The Wild will host the Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday night.
