(St. Paul, MN) -- The Minnesota Wild are bringing a third goalie onto their roster.

The team called up top prospect Jesper Wallstedt from the AHL yesterday. Wallstedt will take the roster spot of forward Freddy Gaudreau, who was placed on long-term injured reserve yesterday. The 21-year-old is allowing two goals per game and has a .932 save percentage in eight games with Iowa this season.

The Wild take on the Senators in Sweden on Saturday.
