Twins release three players to free agency

(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Twins are clearing some roster space.

Pitcher Jose DeLeon and outfielders Jordan Luplow and Andrew Stevenson all elected free agency yesterday after being out-righted over the weekend. Stevenson was on the Twins postseason roster, while Luplow and DeLeon just had short stints with the team.

The Twins will be able to start signing free agents next month.
