(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Twins may have to find a new general manager during the offseason.
A Boston Red Sox reporter says that the Sox are interested in hiring Twins GM Thad Levine to become the team's chief baseball officer. Twins reporter Darren Wolfson added that Boston has been granted permission to interview Levine.
Levine is the number-two roster-builder for Minnesota behind President of Baseball Operations Derek Falvey. He has been with Minnesota since 2017.
