(Atlanta, GA) -- Viktor Hovland is the FedEx Cup Champion after winning the TOUR Championship at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta.
Hovland shot a 63 in the final round of the tournament to finish atop the leaderboard at 27 under par. The 25-year-old is the eighth player to win consecutive FedEx Cup Playoffs events. The victory is also Hovland's third win of the season and the sixth of his career.
Xander Schauffele finished in second place at 22 under par. Wyndham Clark finished third at 16 under, Rory McIlroy was fourth at 14 under par, and Patrick Cantlay finished fifth at 13 under.
