Minnesota's Anthony Edwards commits to 2023 FIBA World Cup

A number of NBA players are pledging their commitment to Team USA for the FIBA World Cup.

The Athletic reports Timberwolves forward Anthony Edwards, Indiana guard Tyrese Haliburton and Lakers guard Austin Reaves have all joined the 12-man roster, which will be led by USA Basketball managing director Grant Hill, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr and general manager Sean Ford. The trio are joined by Nets forward Mikal Bridges, Bucks forward Bobby Portis and Knicks guard Jalen Brunson.

World Cup play for Team USA starts on August 26th in the Philippines.
