NFL to play on Black Friday for the first time

(New York, NY) -- The NFL will have a game on Black Friday next season for the first time ever. Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets will play host to the Miami Dolphins for a 2 p.m. Central time kickoff the day after Thanksgiving.

Also announced Wednesday, the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts will play their Week Ten game in Frankfurt, Germany. Kickoff for that game is set for 8:30 a.m. Central time on November 12th.

The full 2023 NFL schedule will be released Thursday.
