Wild fall out of first place in Central Division with loss to Pittsburgh

(Pittsburgh, PA) -- Tristan Jarry made 27 saves to lead the Pittsburgh Penguins past the Minnesota Wild 4-1 at PPG Paints Arena.

Kris Letang, Rickard Rakell, and Jason Zucker all lit the lamp for Pittsburgh by the time Minnesota's Marcus Johansson scored in the middle of the third period. Jeff Carter also had a goal for the Penguins.

Pittsburgh sits just a point out of the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. Minnesota dropped out of first place in the Central Division with the loss.

The Wild will return to the Xcel Energy Canter on Saturday evening to host the St. Louis Blues with puck drop slated for 7 p.m.
