For the second straight season the Minnesota Twins’ home opener is being postponed by a day. The game was originally scheduled for Thursday, but is being moved to Friday due to weather concerns.

The Twins will take on the defending World Series champion Houston Astros at Target Field in their 2023 home opener. The game is now scheduled for Friday with first pitch set for 3:10 p.m. The forecast is in the low-50s and sunny.

Sonny Gray is currently scheduled to get the start on the mound for Minnesota.
