NDSU’s Grant Nelson Has Earned A Spot On The Preseason All-Summit League First Team

     North Dakota State junior Grant Nelson has been named to the Preseason All-Summit League First Team. He is the team's top returning starter, averaging 11.6 points per game last season. He also made 43 percent of his three-point attempts in conference play and made the All-Tournament Team in March.

     Additionally, the North Dakota State men’s basketball team has been chosen to finish fourth in the Summit League. The preseason poll is voted on by league head coaches, sports information directors, and media.

     The Bison have made an appearance in four straight Summit League Tournament championship games from 2019-22, having won the tournament title in 2019 and 2020.

     North Dakota State will open the 2022-23 season with a home exhibition game vs Minnesota Crookston on Nov. 2.
