Dave Glatt, Director of the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality, joins Energy Matters to talk about the pending fine for TC Energy in regards to the oil spill near Edinburg. It was announced that there will likely be a fine levied against TC Energy in regards to the spill, which contaminated more than four acres of land near Edinburg, in Walsh County. Glatt lays out the process for coming to the decision to fine a company like TC Energy.
