(Brooklyn, MI) -- Chris Buescher is celebrating back-to-back NASCAR Cup Series victories following a win at Michigan International Speedway.
The driver of the No. 17 warded off Martin Truex Jr. on the final lap to take home the checkered flag in the FireKeepers Casino 400. The race was restarted on lap 75 Monday afternoon after rain postponed the originally scheduled contest. Truex Jr., Denny Hamlin, Brad Keselowski and Kyle Larson rounded out the top five finishers.
The racers head to Indianapolis for the Verizon 200 at the Brickyard Sunday.
