(Dickinson, ND) -- An outreach organization that helps the homeless is receiving funding to launch a pilot program in Dickinson. The City of Dickinson approved 25-thousand-dollars last week for the Southwest Homeless Coalition to support services for the homeless in Southwest North Dakota. More funding was requested but the city wants to discuss goals of the project before giving a final approval. The commission did approve an initial 25-thousand-dollars to provide immediate assistance to those in need.
