(Bismarck, ND) -- Test scores at North Dakota schools are going down.
The Department of Public Instruction released a report recently showing the impact of COVID-19 on students. The data shows that the number of students who ranked lowest in English increased by five-percent. For math, the increase was four-percent.
Overall proficiency in school subjects dropped by at least five-percent as well.
