(Bismarck, ND) -- The North Dakota Senate has killed a bill that would have studied lawmakers' compensation and reimbursement. The House bill was originally introduced by Representative Keith Kempenich. The bill was a proposal to reimburse lawmakers from outside Bismarck for their meals during session days.
