(Bismarck, ND) -- The trial of a Bismarck man, Corbin Lampert, accused of killing 16-year-old Taryn Hohbein, is underway.
Hohbein was shot and killed last June, and witnesses claim Lampert was holding the gun seconds before the shooting. However, Lampert's attorney argues that the evidence points elsewhere, noting that the gun used in the shooting was found with someone else at the scene.
The trial is expected to last two weeks.
