(Bismarck, ND) -- A Bismarck woman has pleaded not guilty to animal cruelty.
Prosecutors say authorities found a backpack with several dead kittens and Taylor Jensen's driver's license near a fishing dock in Mandan.
Police say Jensen told them she had to get rid of the kittens because she was going to be evicted.
