(Bismarck, ND) -- Residents who are eligible for the new property tax credit but have yet to apply have a deadline in two weeks.
A 500-dollar Primary Residence Credit was approved by the state Legislature in 2023 for the North Dakota homeowner.
The deadline to submit an application is March 31st.
Officials say the credit is not a refund but is applied to the property tax obligation.
