(Undated) -- Minnesota Congressman Dean Phillips is coming off his third straight loss in a Democratic Primary Election.
He gained under three percent of the vote to President Joe Biden's 81 percent in yesterday's election in Michigan.
More residents voted for uncommitted than they did for Phillips.
Activist disenchanted with President Biden's handling of the war in Gaza encouraged a campaign for voters to choose uncommitted.
The next Democratic primaries are on March 5th, when Minnesota and several other states cast ballots on Super Tuesday.
